Subject:  Pham Chuyen, Double Agent?

Please do not misread my comment, I truly liked most of the Vietnamese I knew or worked with.  Having said that, one must also note that both Vietnams were riddled with double agents - some even managed a triple agent status (i.e., US-NVN-ARVN employment).  An excellent and lethal example of this is the Col. Rheault case/scandal/whatever.  Because of this situation, SOG toward the end of the war used mostly Cambodians rather than Vietnamese on their deep penetration missions, or so I have been told.
